Epic Embroidery

A friend of mine sent me a link to a page on temari, which are Japanese thread balls. They're beautiful! I have to try and make these, seriously. Couldn't find any photos it would let me uplode, so type "temari embroidery" into the google images search bar and you'll see what I'm on about.

The trouble with Lent...

I think I'm going to have to give up giving up coffee. I'm going through coffee withdrawal! I wish I could get those caffeine patches they have in Meet the Robinson's.
